Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using YourAIVision, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

You must provide your own AI service API key to use this extension. We do not provide or supply API keys for any AI services.

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys
• You must comply with the terms of service of your chosen AI provider
• You are responsible for all costs associated with your AI service usage
• We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party AI services

YourAIVision is a browser extension that provides:

• Text translation from images using AI services
• Image summarization and description capabilities
• Local processing of images in your browser
• License management and user authentication

All AI processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not process, store, or have access to your images or AI results.

User Responsibilities

• Legal Use: You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Content Ownership: You must have the right to process any images you submit to AI services.
• API Key Security: You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and not sharing them with others.
• Third-Party Terms: You must comply with the terms of service of any AI providers you use.

License and Subscription

Access to the extension requires a valid license:

• Licenses are managed through our web application
• License status is verified automatically when you log in
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

We have updated our refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all users:

• Refunds are not provided for any active subscriptions or one-time purchases. All sales are final once processed.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that time.
• All new free users automatically receive a Pro trial upon signup. The trial grants full access to premium features without any charge or commitment. You may cancel anytime during the trial without incurring fees.
• Refund exceptions may be granted solely at our discretion in limited cases. To request an exception, please contact our support team with your account details.

• Service Availability: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• AI Accuracy: AI results are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate or complete.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the performance or availability of AI services you choose.
• No Warranty: The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YourAIVision be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
